Midnight is shown as 24mm (in 24 hour format), and unable to fix
-
This is not the first time that Day One has recorded a time during the midnight hour as 24:mm. In my case
24:26. This only occurs on the Web version. My Android app correctly shows0:26as the time.In the past, I could just click the time (see the red arrow) [Screenshot 1], and the date/time edit modal would come up. This time, it just shows a completely empty screen and stays that way [Screenshot 2].

Overall, I’m concerned that Versions 2026.7.X for the Web has broken a lot of things. See https://forums.dayoneapp.com/forums/topic/persistent-sync-error/

I created a new entry this morning with a time of 0:00, and it is showing up as 24:00:

In the previous post, you can see the same problem.
The difference is that in the previous post and example, I made the entry at March 25, 26 minutes after midnight.
In the previous post, when I click the time, it still goes to a blank screen.
This entry was made this morning around 7:56am and I forced the time to March 27 at midnight.
Unlike the previous post, I was able to click the time and a modal opened for me to change the time.
In both cases, the Android app correctly shows the time as 0:26 and 0:00 respectively. I use 24-hour format (hmm … that should be pretty obvious!)
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I’ve filed these bugs with the Day One Web engineering team for investigation.
I don’t have a timeline yet, but this is now visible to the team working on the Web app, and we’ll follow up as soon as there’s an update or fix available.

Not urgent .. this should be low on your priorities. It’s annoying, but in no way critical. Thanks for putting it on the list.
