Life-time purchase/premium

The lifetime subscription is the only feature keeping me using another journaling app. Please offer this! Thank you

I also won’t pay for a premium subscription, but I’d happily purchase lifetime premium.
I think it would make the company a lot of money. Nowadays I’d suggest that most people are used to the subscription model and will happily pay a low fee monthly or annually. Those of us who are anti subscription tend to be very stubborn though. We’re more likely to be all or nothing types.

Would be happy to purchase lifetime access :)Anyway thank you for the great work keep it up.

I am in a very fortunate place where I can get an educational discount however I am leaning on waiting until a lifetime price is announced and see if it is better for me. I have yet to commit to the subscription because of this!

@g91productiveprogram460 Since this isn’t currently something we offer, we really couldn’t give you a ballpark figure at this time.

Was thinking about this the other day, with the shift to a newer price model it would be better to have a set price if you want all the bells and whistles, one that includes AI and maybe a lower type tier that covered storage cost only but didnt have AI.
I have been using other apps to see what life was like without Day One and for a rival to allow multiple images and icloud storage it was under £20 per year! I would love to see DayOne offer multi image uploads and storage within the platform on DayOne servers but I just cannot justify that being £30 more per year in comparison to this other app.
Just thinking out loud really but DayOne might start seeing more competition and I honestly feel like I want to support DO and help to improve the service but worry that other competitors offering competitive prices that see DayOne users leave the platform in large numbers.
