What Are the Biggest Challenges Startups Face When Building Their First Mobile A

I’m currently researching the mobile app development process for a startup project and wanted to hear from people who have already gone through it. One thing I’ve noticed is that many founders underestimate the time, budget, and planning required to launch a successful app. Some struggle with choosing the right tech stack, while others face issues related to user experience, scalability, or post-launch maintenance.

During my research, I also came across several software development companies that offer end-to-end development services, but I’m curious whether startups benefit more from hiring an agency, building an in-house team, or using freelance developers. It seems like every option has its own advantages and drawbacks depending on the project’s goals and available resources.

For those who have built or launched an app before, what was the biggest challenge you faced? Was it development costs, finding the right developers, app marketing, user acquisition, security concerns, or something else entirely? I’d love to hear real experiences, lessons learned, and advice that could help other startup founders avoid common mistakes when building their first mobile application.
