Typewriter mode (feature request)

Hello! When writing longer entries on my Mac I often find myself staring down at the very bottom of the screen as I write. Visually, it feels cramped and, over time, hurts my neck. I’d love it if Day One offered Typewriter Mode where the cursor/scroll line stays in the middle of the screen, similar to how Scrivener, Writer Duet, and other writing apps do it. Thanks for considering it!

If we get more requests for such a feature, it will be looked into sooner.

I love the typewriter mode and always using it in Scrivener! Great idea asking for it even for Day One. -

+1 this is a great idea! I use Day One for personal journaling and also as a warm-up for my fiction writing. So it is a serious writing tool for me. The comfort benefits would be great,and more generally, I appreciate anything that brings scriviner style capabilities into Day One!
