  Can’t access my locked journals on Day One web app, even after entering the correct encryption key. I get a pop-up saying there was a problem saving the key, and just try later. It is later and I have tried. Same result. Help Bot did not have any suggestions…

  Hello @vjsxytfbsz! Thanks for reaching out. What is the browser you are using for Day One on the web? May we have you try signing out of your account, clear website data, sign back in and try one more time?
