Photos won’t load

I keep getting a message that my photos won’t export, and they aren’t loading into my journal entries on my Mac. Any idea why this is happening? They are jpg files and some will load while others won’t. They were taken with my iphone.

Hi, @dawnehrlich! Just to make sure we’re on the same page, where are you getting the message about your photos not exporting? Is it on your Mac, on your iPhone, or on another device?
Do you still have a device that loads all of the photos? Which one is it?
