PC/Android App Sync Issues

    I can’t seem to resolve the sync issues that continually pop up between my PC and android app.

    On PC, I see a sync status of 2117 / 2120 entries. It seems to think that is totally fine and green, but I’m concerned where those 3 missing entries are, does that mean they exist on my phone or on the server but not on my PC?

    And then on my phone, I can’t get rid of the horrible Sync Status – Error message. I have gone through the sync troubleshooting steps already but can’t resolve the issue, no matter how many times I restart or uninstall/reinstall the app. Maybe it’s not a big deal, but it’s bothering me because it’s not telling me WHAT isn’t syncing up, it’s just a generic sync error message but I’m not sure what I might be missing.

    I have validated already that I am logged into the same account on each device, and that the encryption key is present on each. I’ve also tried triggering the manual sync many times with no luck. I did see that big merge activity might cause sync issues, and all of this started when I got a new phone and loaded up my journal on it a few days ago. I do have over 2000 entries, is it possible that such a big load all at once messed something up sync wise? I was hoping if that was the case it would resolve itself after a little while, but that hasn’t happened yet. What steps should I take to resolve the sync issues I see?

    Any help would be appreciated, you guys have a great app here and I have zero complaints about it other than these annoying sync issues I have.
