Paid Silver Subscription Account Showing Status Error

I am writing to report a critical issue regarding my Premium/Silver subscription and data synchronization.
Recently, I found that I can no longer add photos to my entries. Whenever I try to select a photo, the app prompts me to upgrade to the Silver tier. However, I am already a paying Silver tier member. My subscription was successfully renewed and billed for NT$790 on January 10, 2026.
When checking my account status in the app, it explicitly displays that I am on the “Silver” tier. However, the sync section below it states that I need to log in. Shockingly, it shows that my last successful sync was on June 7, 2024. This means I have been paying for the service for nearly two years without my data actually being backed up or protected, which is extremely concerning.
Furthermore, I have been trying to log in and sync using my Apple ID, but the process fails repeatedly.
I am incredibly worried about the safety and integrity of my journal data, and the current state of the app makes it highly inconvenient to use. Please contact me and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
