My premium account has been downgraded but money has been debited from my acc

    Hi I chose the free trial for Dayone last month and loved it. But, unfortunately, i was in two minds about having the app since Apple launched its own Journal app. So right before my free trial ended, I cancelled my mandate for the premium version. However, my bank notified me that the mandate was not cancelled and that Rs.2899 had been debited from my account on apple services. That means that I have bought the premium version right? Then why am I still downgraded on the app? I love dayone and having the premium willl be nice. Howeevr, if there is an issue, I would like a refund.

    Prior to this, I was also having trouble logging into my dayone account from my mac (while i had the free premium version). It kept asking me for a passcode which i didn’t remember, and I was essentially locked out. If i do get my premium account back, please help me log in to my mac as well, so i can use this app accross devices as promised
