Moving journal after iPhone was reinstalled

  hi!

  I reinstalled iOS on my iPhone and now I can’t move my journal, because of 30 days rule. Could you please make an exception? It’s same device, just fresh iOS install

  Hi, @sergeysukhushin! Can you please clarify for us what the 30-day rule you’re referring to is? Normally, you should be able to log in to your Day One sync account and manage your journals immediately.

  In addition, where are you moving your journal to exactly? The more details you can provide, the better.

  Please also share the following:

  • The OS version on your device
