Long waiting time for cloud attachments

  Is there any way to estimate how long a cloud attachment will take to fully download and render?

  Sometimes I wait 5+ minutes and still don’t know whether it’s still loading, stuck, or failed, since there’s no clear progress or expected timing shown.

  To point you in the right direction, could you let us know:

  • What platform you’re using (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, or the web app)?
  • Your Day One app version?
  • The size of the attachment
