Journal Entries Lost

  DayOne kept giving me error message on my iPhone app and wouldn’t accept my password. So I changed it. And all of my recent journal entries were deleted from all devices using this account. That was a lot of journaling! I’m hoping that I can get that data back, but haven’t heard back from DayOne support since providing this information. Have any of you other users been able to recover journal entries? (No, they’re not in trash, and yes I’ve check all of my devices.)
