Issues with Exporting My Journal on Android and Web

Dear Day One Support Team,
I am writing to report ongoing difficulties with exporting my journal. Despite multiple attempts, the Android app consistently produces corrupted export files. On the web version, the export file does not download at all.
I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, including exporting without media, using different browsers, and verifying storage settings. Unfortunately, these have not resolved the problem.
