Inline Link Picker?

The release notes for the latest macOS version say that there is an inline link picker (!! finally !!) that uses the two character string

Has anyone gotten this to work? Are there any videos or a support document for this?

Okay, not sure if this had to be enabled server-side or what, but this is working for me now.
However, once you search for and pick an entry, and then keep typing, it includes everything *after* the entry in the hyperlink. So then you have to select the text that you don’t want to be linked and then choose “clear” from the pop-up.
Still, this is an amazing first start to meaningful wiki-linking in Day One. I have been waiting for this day for a long time!!! -
I’ve gotten it to work, sort of.
(1) Doesn’t work in the heading of an entry, at least for me.
(2) Many entries that have titles come up as untitled entries. Very frustrating. Can’t tell if it is because titles are too long (unwritten rule?). But that would be unfortunate. And should be clearly explained.
