Impossible to contact support even as Premium user

  The app is great but if you try to contact support it gets you starting on a never ending loop on “How to Contact Support”. No clear email to reach support. Quite disappointing

  There is also a way in the settings/help menu of the iOS app to chat with someone from support.

  I’d like to understand the trouble you have when you tried to reach out to us. We definitely don’t want to make it hard for our Premium users to contact us. If you can let us know what happened exactly, that’d be helpful.

  You can reach out to us from the app by going to Day One > Settings > Supports > Contact Support.

  To help us better detect your account and email, please ensure you’re using the email associated with your Day One Premium account.

  I have the same issue – in the iOS app, going to Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support in the app, just redirects me to a web page that tells me to contact support by going to Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support. There’s no email address or link to open an email to support.

  I changed my email and now Day One seems to not recognize my Premium membership.  I can’t get any response except a form that sends me back to itself.

  @jcdhg8h989 It looks like you’re using the Hide My Email feature when creating an account on this Forum. Since I couldn’t get your email address with that, would you mind updating it by entering your personal email address?
