Feature Request: Manually Select or Edit Weather

  Hi Day One team!

  I’d love to suggest adding an option to manually select or edit the weather for an entry.

  I really like that Day One automatically adds weather based on my location—it’s very convenient. However, the weather isn’t always accurate for the particular entry. For example, it might have been raining almost all day, but if the rain happened to stop briefly when I wrote my entry, or if I selected “All Day” when choosing a specific time, the App might automatically record the weather as “Cloudy.”

  Since weather can sometimes be closely tied to the mood or memories recorded in a journal, I think it would be really useful to have the option to manually adjust the weather when needed.

  The automatic weather feature is great—I’d just love to have a little more control over it.
