Feature Request: Expand Slash Command When Using Template

When I create a new entry using a template, the system should expand any slash commands in the template.
Steps to Recreate:
First, create a template with a slash command in it. Perhaps something like this
My thoughts for /today-full are generally _____
The most interesting thing that happened today was ____
Next, create a new journal entry with that template.
Actual Result:
A new entry is now in the journal that looks like this.
My thoughts for /today-full are generally _____
The most interesting thing that happened today was ____
Expected/Desired Result:
A new entry is nos in the journal that looks like this.
My thoughts for Tuesday, May 23, 2023 are generally _____
The most interesting thing that happened today was ____
