Error: No active content key fingerprint found

  I use DayOne on the web and the Windows app. Starting this morning I receive this error message on both versions:

  Whenever I try to force syn on both versions the error message returns. There is an entry on this date, and it is properly synced between the web and Windows app, yet the error message remains.

  What has caused this, and how can I correct it?
