Day One on the MacOS – Gold?

I have been using Day One on my Mac for years. While I have the IOS app, I never use it, nor do I like the web interface, as it has to upload years of entries every time I open it. I am considering upgrading from Silver to Gold, but I am confused about what I would actually be getting, since it seems most AI functions are not available on the macOS version. Can someone enlighten me?

Day One Gold on Mac currently includes two AI features: Daily Chat and Entry Highlights.
- Daily Chat is a conversational journaling experience that asks you guided questions about your day and then turns your conversation into a polished journal entry.
- Entry Highlights uses AI to read your current journal entry and generate a concise set of bullet-point highlights
The other Gold AI features (Go Deeper prompts in the editor, Title Suggestions, AI Image Generation, and AI Multi-Entry Summary) are not yet available on macOS. They work on iOS, Android, and the web, and the team plans to bring them to Mac in a future update, though we do not have a specific release date to share.
