Configure and suppress daily notification if an entry has already been added

  As a user, I would like to customise my notifications so that if I have already added a journal entry for the day, I can suppress the notification so I don’t receive a redundant notification. E.g. Daily notifications are configured to be sent 6pm but if I had filled out an entry at 4pm earlier, I won’t receive the 6pm push. This is a feature that exists in Daylio.
