Bio
Louise is a writer, mentor and former doctor. Her first novel, 'The Sisters' Song', was published by Allen and Unwin in 2018. She won the 2018 Tina Kane Emergent Writer Prize, was shortlisted for the 2014 TAG Hungerford Award and won a Varuna residential fellowship. She was the 2019 Scholarship Writer in Residence at Katharine Susannah Prichard Writers’ Centre and is currently writing her second book.
Louise also enjoys walking, music, photography, the bush and the ocean. She lives in Perth, Western Australia, with her husband, four children and two dogs.
