Why the sync always has problem?

trying to sync for all my 3 apple device, macbook, iphone and ipad.
Trying to sync for my ipad yesterday, almost take 2 hours to figure the error, and today, when I create a journal in my macbook, but I didn’t see the same journal on my iphone , I trying to sync on my macbook in order to check the journal on my phone, but I keep got error, it ask me to sign in my Apple ID to sync, after I signed, still get error message.
How should I solve this problem? I really don’t know who designed this and why is so complicated? Every time I buy a new device, it takes several hours to fix the sync error.

From the screenshot you’ve shared, it looks like you need to click “advanced” on that screen and re-add your encryption key.
If that doesn’t help, please, let us know from the app at Settings> Support. A message from there to us will give us the logs we need to resolve this for you more quickly than we can here in the forums.
