Where are my former journals??

  Hello, I used one day back in 2018 when my dad had died. I wrote some important journals in this app. For some reason, I stopped using it, but now remembered its existence. So I wanted to update and write a journal. However, I logged in with my apple id (the email above) and no journals were there, which makes me very sad, and makes me not trust this app for future journaling. Please help me recover those journals.

  1. When did you first download Day One? 
  2. When was the last time you saw the entries?
  3. Has anything happened to the device or to Day One since then?

  Hello Adam, so sorry, but I only see your response now. It would me a lot to me if it could be recovered.
  
  I’ve tried all these options in the blog, without success.
  
  

  1. When did you first download Day One? 
     Long time ago, so either 2016-2018
  2. When was the last time you saw the entries?
     around 2020
  3. Has anything happened to the device or to Day One since then? 
     I have upgraded devices, but always with icloud backup, so the things should be there.
