  I ordered a book and would like to know when it will be printed and ship?

  Hello @minassian,

  Happy to hear that has been shipped!

  In the future you can go to the book printing setting in Day One from the device where you ordered the book and tap the Orders tab. This will give you the status of your order.

  Books typically arrive about 7-12 business days after ordering when ordering in the US, 18-24 business days when shipping Internationally. Around holidays, shipping may take longer.

  Tracking is now available in the app settings. Go to Day One > Settings > Book Printing > Orders > tap the book > Tracking. Books are shipped via UPS and then the last mile is completed by local postal service.
