Web not syncing

This is not the first time I have lost very important notes I have made.
When logged in on the browser it will often fail to sync and I will lose all of the unsynced content. If this continues to be an issue I am considering moving away from dayone.I have A screenshot of the sync details so, for the most recent occasion I hope this can be fixed, and the data recovered.

I can second this. One the one hand, I am glad that this WEB editor exists. On the other hand it is currently not very reliable. They will claim “it is still in beta”…
So it would be really helpful to see some action taken on this feature VERY soon!!

Hi y’all! That is frustrating to hear about sync issues encountered on the web app. The team did deploy an update today (2 Feb 2024) on the web app that fixes some sync issues that have been reported. Would you mind signing out and back in? (If there are entries that have not synced from the web to other devices yet, please copy the content before signing out/back in).
