Web browser won’t sync even though it recognizes me

I can’t use the web version and I’m really disappointed.
When I log in, it only shows one “generic” journal and doesn’t show any of my journals or any of my entries. It thinks I’m on the free plan and I’m not. It doesn’t give me the option – per the instruction page – to add in my encryption key.
I tried signing in directly with my D1 account (I’m premium) and it accepted it but still nothing from my account, just the generic page; no syncing. I then logged out and tried signing in with Apple because that’s obviously where I got D1. It accepted my credentials but said it couldn’t sign me in, “try again later.”
Am I missing how to sign in?

I see that. I got an email saying an email was sent to me – which is what I responded to. Shortly after that, i got the email asking me for the information you needed. I replied to that.
Based on those questions, it seems that all my devices have one ID but the web app is using a totally different ID. All other devices see me as premium but the webapp does not.
If the ID on the webapp could be changed, I imagine it would fix it but of course, I cannot do that.

Yes. I contacted D1 several different ways. They got back to me and we discovered that my D1 User ID number on the apps was not the same as the one on the web version. They changed the web version’s number and that corrected the problem. I don’t remember how they got back to me (I think it was through the drop down on the app). I’ll bet that’s what you’re experiencing too.
