Web app sync not working

I am using the web app on my Windows laptop, and I am using Google Chrome.
I created some templates on the web app, but then I decided to delete them. After deleting them, I created journal entries. However, some of those journal entries will not upload to the sync server.
Looking at my Sync Details, it is trying to delete two templates. However, it says it “Failed to delete template … from server: Status 404”. The next task that it is trying to do is update a journal entry. However, it says “Tried to push entry … to server, but it doesn’t exist”. Then, there are plenty of other sync jobs after those error messages, but those sync jobs won’t upload.
The Day One journal web app sync has been stuck like this for many hours now. I am using web app version 2024.20.3. It will not upload journal entries to the sync server. However, it can download journal entries I create on my iPhone on the iOS app. The iOS app sync service on my iPhone works fine, but the web app does not work.Is there some way I can reset sync jobs on the web app? Is there some way that I can try to restart the sync jobs that deletes those two templates and updates a journal entry? I can’t copy or export my journal entries from the web app, so I feel stuck. I don’t want to close Google Chrome or turn off my computer.

I have read that there was a backlog of media being synced so it was going much slower than expected. The team is working on a fix to improve this. My advice would be to wait a bit before taking any other actions.
