Web App not syncing

    Hello,

    I use day one primarily on my iphone and also about once a day access it from the browser app on my PC. This has worked fine until this week when the syncing seem to have stopped. For example, the last entry I have in one of my journal is 2 August. But on my phone I’ve added entries on 3rd and 4th as well.

    Thanks for reaching out! We are investigating a sync issue on iOS right now which sounds like it could be impacting you. Signing in and out on the iOS device should help resolve while we look to correcting the larger sync issue. Can you let me know if that helps you here?

    One thing to note is that this process will trigger a re-sync of all your data, which can take up quite a bit of your phone’s data and needs time with the app open to complete.
