Unable to Login after changing Apple ID [Premium]

Hi there!
I’m a Day One Premium user and I signed up using my Apple ID. I’ve been using Day One on my laptop for a long time now and haven’t had to re-login. Recently, I wanted to sign up from my phone, but once I logged in using my Apple ID, I noticed that none of my entries are there and that my Account/User Id is different than the one my laptop. It still says I’m a premium user.
Then I realized that a few months ago, I changed my Apple ID email. My assumption is that the new email is causing the issue.
I want to contact support but I’m unable to reach them. Once I click “Contact Support”, I just get taken to an FAQ page but I’m unable to get connected with Premium Support.
