Unable to export data. When exporting data, the percentage does not change.

I opened a premium subscription in September this year.
I hope to export the data to my online drive after finishing writing my diary every month.
However, when I try to export month by month, the progress percentage always gets stuck. Why?
How can I solve this problem and how can I contact customer service? -

I tried dozens of times. When exporting on Mac and iPhone, the progress bar is either slow or there is no movement at all. I have ensured that my app version is the latest. -

- The OS and OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your Mac’s Settings
- Your Day One app version – https://dayoneapp.com/guides/settings/locating-the-version-number-of-day-one/
In addition, can you let us know more about why you wish to export your data monthly? We may be able to give you some alternatives.
