Unable to access Day One via iPad app

I cannot access Day One via iPad. Icon is greyed out and is inaccessible. I’ve powered down and back on, closed app, etc. and it appears to be unavailable even via Apple App Store. I can access via my phone but not iPad. Troubling.

Sounds like this may be a stuck update issue.
Apple manages the downloads and updates from the App Store. We’ve had a few users report this to us, and other developers have also seen this and reported it to Apple.
We hope they will resolve this soon.

Please give those options a try, and hopefully one of them will work for you to get that update downloaded. -
I deleted the app through the General/iPad Storage page and reloaded the app. Everything sync’d after that and all is working normally again. Thank you for your reply.
