Ugg, the Simple H1, H2 Headers will not stay on Mac Mini & iPhone app

I’m getting a little worn out with this. Paying all this money and something simple is frustrating. I have 3 questions and 2 of them have the H1 header applied as one and H2 header as the other. On the MAC you right click and pick one. Viola they are there. I type my answers and it stays.
I Saved this as a template so that in that SAME entry, I can ask myself more questions without having to type the question, then apply the H1 header again and then type the next question and apply the H2 header again.
Not only do the templates not work but when I go back into that entry it will remove the H2 Heading from the previous set of questions. In order for this to work I have to manually keeping apply the H1 or H2 heading each and every time I type. What is the purpose of having a template if the template only works for 1 “New Entry” at a time. Even in trying to copy it and save it, the H1/H2 entries immediately goes back to regular text once I log out and log back in. I’m going to try and upload the photos but I can never get this to work. The first pic is what the headers are supposed to look like. When I copied used the template that was created for the second set, at first it looks like the first set, but when you close out and then reopen it clears the heading templates. AND PS. I am up to date on all software on my MacMini and my iPhone.

Does the template have the Header formatting applied to the questions in the template settings? Or is the text in the standard formatting, and you are applying the headers after inserting the template?
In the Template settings, you can use Markdown to apply the Header styles to your questions. For headers, type the number of hashtags for the desired header before you type the questions, then space bar.
