Two issues

Hello,
I have two current issues with Day One.
1. I want to print a book, but several of he photos in my journal are not showing up in the book despite being present in the journal and when I select them in the book printing option.2. I have a premium account, but I am unable to contact support. The instructions do not open an email to support, instead they take me to the guide about how to get support.
Its all been very frustrating. I love the app and have had no problem creating a printing books in the past. The same thing happens whatever device I create it on.

- When printing the book does an option to download all media pop up? If it doesn’t could you check your device to make sure all media is downloaded?
- Day One > Settings > Sync > Storage > Download All Media
- How are you going about contacting support? In order to see that you are Premium, you should be doing this from within the app. If you are not Premium, then the Forums is the best place to post.
- Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support
- This should then bring up an email with your User info. I did just test this and an email did come up for me.
- Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support
