Trying to Cancel Free Trial

I have been trying to cancel my free Premium trial. Every time I “Contact support” an automatic message comes back saying priority support is only for Premium accounts, yet my account says I am Premium. Pleaae cancel my 30 day trial.

You cannot cancel the free trial. Once that is started, it will go for 30 days and then expire if you have canceled your subscription.

View, change, or cancel your Premium subscription
So as long as you have canceled the auto-renewal, you can use Premium for the 30-day trial, and then you will revert to the basic free tier.
