Time Editing Issue

    Dear Day One Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding an issue I encountered while using the Day One app. Specifically, when editing the time from a 24-hour format (for example, from 08:57 to 18:57), the expected result should display 18:57. However, the displayed result is 01:57.

I kindly request that your development team investigates this issue and implements a fix in a future update. Ensuring accurate time display is crucial for users who rely on your application for journaling and time tracking purposes.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your efforts in continually improving the Day One app user experience.

    Best regards,

    Aro

(PS. I use the 24-hour time format on my device.)

  • Hi @arogansan,

    Thank you for your feedback.

We’d like get more details about your setup, so we can reproduce this issue.

    Would you share the following:

    • Device type and version you have Day One app installed (e.g., iPhone 13 mini)
    • Day One app version you have installed
    • How exactly you added date/time to an entry. That is, did you edit the entry to adjust the time of the entry manually, or set to current time, per this documentation? Or did you use the Slash comment /time to add current time mark into a journal entry?

    Looking forward to your reply,
