This forum is horrible!

This is crazy. I keep using the search to find information, and every single time I get the error page that says “Oh, blimey! The page you’ve landed on has no content. User our search or go back to the forums homepage.” No matter what I search.
So what exactly is the point of a forum if nothing is searchable?
I won’t hold my breath for a response. It seems this forum is a black hole. I can’t pay for premium if all I can expect is phantom support. I’m not even giving the trial a try until I get responses to the posts I’ve created already.
How sad. I’ve actually stop creating entries in Day One. I don’t want to get attached to the app if I won’t be able to use it and can’t expect responsive support when I need it.
I’ve received more support from Reddit.
