Templates Not Syncing

    I have some templates I use for monthly planning and reflections. Since the update, new entries I create using these templates will not sync across devices and flag a sync error.

  • Can you see the full template on any of your other devices? If you can, could I have you try two things?

    Can you check the iCloud Drive settings on all devices? See here:

    • iOS: Go to your phone Settings > tap your name at the top > iCloud > iCloud Drive > see if Day One is turned on in “Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive”
    • macOS: go to System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Drive > is Day One checked in there?

    If that is already turned on, please try making a small edit on the device where you can see the full template. This should force a sync to the other devices.
