Template disappeared – using templates for years and yesterday no templates?please help – I did nothing different- trying to start new entry, hit plus for templates and no templates

I can still see templates in my templates just not available on iPad when clicking on templates in new entry?

I’m having the same problem, using the template feature for years with no problem as well. And boom,, I can’t get to my templates. I notified them and all they told me is to start using the Premium feature. I don’t need that right now so I choose to use the free version, It suits me just fine. Can anyone help me?

I just started having this problem a couple weeks ago. It now just defaults to the same template for every new entry with no way to change it at all.

To help us understand the issue you are better, could you list down the steps you take to create the new entry? Did you create a new blank entry then select a template from the list?
What device are you using?

Hi – I have the same problem (has been there for some months). The problem occurs when you press the “+” button to create a new entry. For example, I have a templates for Daily Journal, Daily Photo etc. Whnehn I am “in” my Daily Journal and can see all my prior entries, pressing the “+” button or left clicking “New Entry” or File > New Entry, will not create a new Daily Journal Entry.
