Sync problem between Mac and IPhone

HELP ; I have updated all my devices: Macbook Pro, IPad and Iphone. AND – sync is OK between IPad and Macbook – but I can’t sync from and to my IPhone – have tried everything – What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out! We are investigating a sync issue on Apple devices right now which sounds like it could be impacting you. Signing in and out on the devices should help resolve while we look to correcting the larger sync issue. Can you let me know if that helps you here?
One thing to note is that this process will trigger a re-sync of all your data, which can take up quite a bit of your phone’s data and needs time with the app open to complete. I also recommend verifying that your entries have synced to our servers at https://dayone.me/ before proceeding.
