Sync problem

    Dear Day One Support Team,

    I am writing to report a synchronization issue I encountered immediately after upgrading to a Premium subscription today.

    Despite the upgrade, the entries on my iPhone are not syncing with the Day One Web or the Day One Windows PC app. Here are the specific details of the problem:

    • My iPhone contains a total of 257 entries.
    • Only 8 of those entries are visible on Day One Web and the Windows PC app.
    • Clicking the manual “Sync Now” button does not trigger any further progress.
    • The 8 entries appeared almost simultaneously after about 10 minutes, but the process has since stopped completely.

    I have already tried logging out and logging back in on both the Windows PC app and Day One Web. After waiting another 10 minutes, the result remains the same: only those 8 entries are shown, and the remaining 249 entries from my iPhone are missing.

    Could you please provide instructions on how to force a full sync of all 257 entries from my iPhone to the Web and PC platforms?

    Current Setup:

    • Mobile: iPhone 12 mini (iOS 26.3)
    • PC: Windows PC / Chrome Browser
    • I have confirmed that the Day One ID on my iPhone, Day One Web, and Day One PC are all identical.
    • The ‘Premium’ subscription status is also correctly displayed on all three platforms (iOS, PC, and Web).
    • Since I logged into the PC and Web versions by scanning the QR code from my iPhone, I believe the encryption keys are already shared and synced across all devices.
