Sync problem

  I just got the premium, but it is asking me to enter encryption code.

  I do not have the code on either devices （Android/Macbook）

  both devices asking me to enter code. Also showing sync error on macbook.

  Hello @mikechen752,

  Can we have you double check the encryption key section on both devices?

  iOS: Day One > Settings > Sync > Encryption Key
  Mac: Day One > Preferences > Journals > Encryption Key
  Android: Day One > Settings > Sync > Encryption Key

  Please do not share this key here if you find it. If you are able to find it, please try to enter that on each device.

  If you cannot find it, can you see all entries between your two devices?
