Sync Not Working From Web App (Two Separate Accounts)

I have the iOS app for a while now. I saw that I can try the web app, too (still on the free version). However, I could not see any way to log in to the web app (I even tried password recovery in case I was missing something, but nothing came back), so I created an account, assuming it would somehow link to my iOS entries. Well, I have created an entry on the web app, and it’s not syncing to the iOS version or vice versa. I can clearly see in the settings that each has a different User ID, so it makes sense now why they are not syncing.
- How can I get this corrected for the web app to have the same ID as my iOS?
- Is this no longer available for free users (I was reading it was because the web version is in beta)?
