Sync issues from iPhone to iPad

FINALLY! I can’t believe the hoops I had to jump through just to get here. Every time I tried to log in, it would send me to a site for creating a domain. Definitely got an issue with the link there. Eventually I managed to get in through another direction.
Anyway… the issue I’ve had is that a couple of my entries have not synced properly from my iPhone to my iPad. When I wrote them on my phone, and then opened them on my iPad, only the first part of my entries (maybe half?) showed up. A pop up window stated a “newer entry” exists, do I want to use it? I clicked on “no” but then the app kinda crashed and the last part of my entries vanished. They are no longer available on either device. I have checked the version history also but they aren’t there, either. It’s as if they never existed. Several paragraphs have completely disappeared. I even tried to copy and paste the missing part to another app, while it was still available on my phone, but it disappeared before I could grab it. Now I copy and paste it in another app before opening it on my iPad, just to be on the safe side.
