Sync is broken / Mac App glitching

I’m having issues with syncing between my Mac and iOS apps. Whenever I make changes in the desktop app, it duplicates certain posts or deletes posts from the iOS app. This issue happened a few months ago so I basically stopped using the Mac app. I assumed a couple of updates later, after logging out and in + resyncing, that the issue would be resolved.
The issue began again yesterday when I tried to move a set of posts from one journal to another. When I opened the iOS to see if it synced, a bunch of my posts were gone on the iOS app. I went to open the Mac app back up, and it glitched like crazy. (I would show screenshots but I need to figure out how to not show my location on the posts 😅).
Not sure what to do. I’m worried about losing all my posts. I can’t get into the Mac app to export everything right now because of the glitching.
