Sync happening only in one direction (from iOS to Mac)

Entries / edits made on my phone will appear in Day One on my Mac, but not the other way around. I have tried logging out and back in but problem persists.
This problem began today, after update to version 2023.09 (desktop app).

I had a similar issue the past weekend, from iPhone to iPad. It appears that Selective sync doesn’t work well, because I configured the iPad to sync just a few journals and the iPad was able to get updates from the iPhone but not the other way.
I “solved” the issue by turning on the sync for all the journals.

I have a sync issue for past 24 hours and i had it couple days ago, started as you said, works only from iPhone to Mac, but not opposite, and now all my devices stoped sending entries to the cloud, but if i make an entry from web app it’s works well on all my devices.

Hello! We are sorry to hear that! Have you tried restarting the Mac? Once you try that, can you open the app on both devices and test a new entry created on Mac?

We have a fix ready to go, that will be in the next update you see to your MacOS and iOS devices.
