Sync Errors on Premium Account

I’ve been getting a sync error for about two weeks. I have a Mac desktop and laptop and it suddenly stopped syncing. I get a “Temporary Error: The data couldn’t be read because. it isn’t in the correct format” message, but the error appears to be anything but temporary.
Anyway to fix this or do I need to move to a different platform?

Hi have the same issue.
And never get an answer from DAY ONE Premium support.
I hope will get a solution fast. -
@thomassdavis I recommend you log in and out of the app. This should resolve the issue. Let us know if it does not
