Switching from apple tot Samsung

I have using day one for almost 7 years. It has become my pall in everyday life. In those 7 years I’ve been using an iPhone. But now I want to switch to a Samsung phone.
Are all my entries lost now? Or can I sync my day one app with all its content to Sansung?
