Trying to contact support just doesn’t work. Hitting the Contact Support button in Settings takes you to the help web page of Day One which tells you to go to Settings in Day One and click on Contact Support. Therefore no contact possible. Day One version 2023.14 (1494) on iMac with OS Ventura 13.4.

Other than that, regarding the sync you’re experiencing, replied over here. It’d be super helpful if you could mail us the Diagnostics Logs for both macs:
Go to Day One > Settings > Support > Diagnostics and tap “Email Diagnostics.”Please make sure to add “ATTN #6588357” to the subject line.
