Subscription canceled not by me

I have been a premium member for two years. Suddenly I am back to basic and I can’t access my journals. It’s very frustrating and I can’t get any help. I have not canceled the subscription. They always took my money on the same date from the same bank account and now suddenly not anymore. I just want to go back to premium- there is no one to talk to. I tried all the steps, nothing worked!
