  Hi, I was wondering if you guys offer student discounts? If so, can you help me set it up? I would be grateful to hear back about it.

  Hi dexter. I replied to the same email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) using my institution email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  Then I received an email back on my institution email that they do not provide student discounts. So, I’m not sure what is happening.

  @nazlirob, I was able to find your message on our end. It looks like you sent it to an email address that we don’t typically use for Day One support, so the automatic response didn’t provide the correct information.

  I would be grateful if you can follow up on this. I just had the option to reply back to that email address and there was no other email address provided to me.   @nazlirob I reached out to you at your university email address with the coupon code for a student discount. Did you not receive it on your end? Or were you able to find it after your last post in this thread?
